Step Up For Cancer is a stair-climbing event hosted by Generations Cancer Foundation. The event will unite people of all ages in the fight against cancer. RMCCF is one of many non-profit organizations uniting to support Colorado’s cancer community and we invite you to be part of our team. Whether you’re afirst-time stepper or a trained athlete, Step Up For Cancer is the right event for you.

• Step 3: Be one of 100 people to raise $50 in pledges – over and above the registration fee – from family, friends, and colleagues!
• Step 4: Issue a challenge to your family, friends, and coworkers, to join you at Step Up for Cancer and raise money for RMCCF.

When you support RMCCF, you help a cancer patient pay rent or utilities or buy groceries or gas. But more than that, you’re helping a cancer patient avoid stopping treatment because of the incredible financial burden that accompanies cancer treatment.

The 2nd Annual Cookie Cup Classic
for Colon Cancer

Hosted by Mark “Cookie” Sexton and organized by his friends, the Cookie Cup Classic raises funds for RMCCF. The Cookie Cup is Saturday, August 14 at the Saddle Rock Golf Course (21705 E. Arapahoe Rd., Aurora). The tournament field is limited to 36 teams. Registration deadline is July 15. Click here for the registration form. For more information contact Denise Smith at 303-919-3603.

4th Annual Denver Crawl for Cancer

Registration is open for the 4th annual Denver Crawl for Cancer, which is organized and hosted by volunteers with Crawl for Cancer, and will be held on Saturday, August 21 in LoDo. The net proceeds from the Denver Crawl are donated to RMCCF and canned goods are collected for the Food Bank of the Rockies.

Early bird registration ends July 9 and registration closes on July 31 or when 275 teams have registered, whichever comes first. Crawl for Cancer events are held all over the United States.
